Multilingual Self-Service Ticket Kiosks Now Operational at Huanglong Cave Scenic Area

On 7 10, Zhangjiajie Huanglong Cave Scenic Area officially launched two multilingual self-service ticketing machines, creating a "green channel" for faster ticket purchase and entry for both domestic and international visitors.

The newly deployed multilingual self-service ticketing kiosks are located in the scenic area's ticket hall. They support seamless switching among over 20 languages, including Chinese, English, Korean, Russian, Japanese, Thai, and Spanish, and feature self-service identity verification. The payment system is optimized for international spending habits and fully supports major global credit cards such as Visa and JCB, enabling real-time currency conversion and settlement in 29 currencies. Upon arrival at Huanglong Cave Scenic Area, visitors can independently select tickets, complete identity verification, make payments, and print receipts by scanning or manually entering valid documents like ID cards, passports, or Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents. This streamlined process significantly reduces waiting times for ticket purchase and entry, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Huanglong Cave is a key component of Zhangjiajie, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site and World Geopark. As a globally renowned tourist cave, it attracts over one million visitors annually, more than 30% of whom are international tourists.
